Try to practice 5 to 10 minutes a day. Incorporate prayer into your daily routine - you can use your faith to support your connection to the Divine (God). Remember that faith is not religion. Faith is a way of connecting with the Divine (God). Religion is the specific language used to communicate beliefs.

Support your community by volunteering your time to build a new home, sort through clothes for those in need, or pack groceries for the hungry. Participating in a project for the betterment of humanity increases your compassion for others and for yourself.
